It’s truffle season in ‘La Nostra Italia’ and we’ve got a menu of specials dedicated to this aromatic find. Chef Alessandro has curated a three course menu for this celebrated fungi pairing it with fresh Italian produce to bring out its flavours.
The dishes can also be ordered on their own allowing you a taste of the truffles alongside other dishes from our a la carte menu!
Slow cooked potatoes with a pan-fried egg and black summer truffle
Patata fondente uovo al tegamino con tartufo nero
Spaghetti with aged parmesan and black summer truffle
Spaghetti con Parmigiano Reggiano e tartufo nero
Sirloin steak with rocket, summer black truffle and flaked Provolone cheese
Controfiletto di manzo con insaltina di rucola, tartufo nero e e scaglie di provolone
Diciannove Italian is an AA Rosette awarded restaurant located opposite Blackfriars station. Executive Chef Alessandro Bay who trained under Michelin star chef Georgio Locatelli will serve you daily-made fresh pastas and and the finest of Italian wines served in carafes.
